Mr. Gross completed a workforce impact assessment relating to the realignment of Fort Bragg. He worked for the Fort Bragg Regional Task Force and Cumberland County Workforce Development Board, on behalf of Fayetteville Technical Community College. The realignment will bring thousands of new jobs to Fort Bragg. Mr. Gross assessed the direct and indirect / spin-off impacts of the realignment and determined the requirements for the jobs that will be created. He also assessed existing resources and developed targeted workforce training recommendations for the community college.
