RGDE is working with Common Ground Design on a Corridor Plan for Whyte Hardee Boulevard (U.S. Route 17), which extends between two exits of I-95, not far from Hilton Head. Mr. Gross is examining opportunities and providing strategic recommendations for revitalization as well as for creation of a more walk-able town center for Hardeeville along the sprawling commercial corridor.
