Mr. Gross and his African firm ADEC are currently completing work on a feasibility study for a Science and Technology Park (STP) on behalf of Walter Sisulu University and the East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ). This study is examining the overall potential for the STP in terms of industrial innovation and technology development that will spur economic development spin-off throughout the regional economy.
