Mr. Gross provided analysis of UNO strengths and research trends as part of a feasibility study for the UNO research park.  The park has since been established and is operating successfully as the UNO Research and Technology Park. Key anchors that have been developed in the park that focuses on energy, naval warfare, and other regional technology strengths, including the Advanced Technology Center, the Center for Energy Resource Management, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, and the UNO Lindy Boggs Conference Center. Mr. Gross completed this work as a senior consultant for Hammer, Siler, George Associates. Key tenants include the following:
