Mr. Gross served as Project Manager for a research & development park feasibility study for the University of Southern Indiana. He tested the market potentials for an R&D park on the campus of USI. He examined overall office and industrial markets, the rural Indiana-based agriculture research sector, and amenity-based approaches for development of the site (including the feasibility of a golf course and housing).
