Mr. Gross participated in a planning process for transit-oriented development (TOD) around Montgomery County Metrorail stations. A focus of his work was to examine the opportunities for technology-based businesses, including “dot-coms” and bio-tech, adjacent to transit stations. He worked as part of a planning team on behalf of the Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission in Montgomery County.
