Mr. Gross also completed similar town center work in Old Knightdale, a small town located on the east side of Raleigh. In addition to his assessment of market opportunities and input to the planning process, Mr. Gross focused strategic recommendations on policies and programs to address rental occupancy issues and business development in the town center area.
