Roxy Theater Reuse/Performing Arts Center Feasibility

RGDE is working for the City of Clarksville on a feasibility study for reuse of the historic downtown Roxy Theatre as a performing arts center. Mr. Gross is assessing the potential and forecasting the market potentials for a performing arts facility that might incorporate a restored Roxy Theatre along with adjacent sites for new construction. He is also assessing the financial sustainability of the center and producing a reuse plan to include strategic recommendations for reuse and rehabilitation, new construction, funding and management plans, marketing and programming.
