RGDE worked as part of a planning team led by TSW on the comprehensive plan for Kosciusko County, Indiana. As part of his work, Mr. Gross performed retail market analysis countywide that will examine the potential for retail in the town centers and along corridors throughout the county as input to land use planning and also to inform recruitment strategies.
