Randall Gross examined the niche port potentials for the City of Bridgeport, Connecticut as part of a CBD revitalisation strategy. He assessed freight movements and tonnage by type and port to establish market gaps & competitive advantages for Bridgeport. He also tested the market potentials for a downtown marina as part of this study. Mr. Gross completed this work as a consultant for Hammer, Siler, George Associates.
