Mr. Gross is working as part of a team led by planner Allison Platt & Associates, on a master plan for northwest Baltimore, for the Greater Northwest Community Coalition (GNCC). He provided retail and residential market analyses. The retail work focused on five commercial corridors and recommended appropriate mix, marketing, and redevelopment strategy for each.
