Randall Gross / Development Economics (RGDE) completed a Strategic Development Plan for Madison, a 1950s-era suburb and urban neighborhood of Nashville. This strategic planning effort included comprehensive community engagement, a real estate (retail, residential, office and industrial) market analysis forecasting development potentials, and strategic planning related to marketing, development, financing, management, community & social development, employment & labor force development, affordable housing, and other factors deemed important to the community and necessary to address key issues and opportunities faced by Madison.
