Mixed-Income Housing Assessment

Mr. Gross’s African company ADEC completed work on a housing market assessment for a mixed-income community (a first for South Africa) just outside of Johannesburg in Kagiso. As part of this work, he determined the appropriate mix of subsidized and market-rate housing as part of the community. He and ADEC completed this work for ABSA, the largest bank holding company in southern Africa.  Mr. Gross and ADEC also completed similar mixed-income housing assignments in Kirkney, outside of Pretoria (Tshwane Metro) and in the city of Brits, in North West province.
