Midtown Apartment Potentials

Gross is currently working for the Henry Turley Company and Loeb Properties on a market analysis for three sites in Midtown Memphis for development of rental apartments and mixed-use. Midtown has not seen significant new residential development in decades due to the overall decline in urban Memphis markets. Randall Gross / Development Economics (RGDE) examined the potential for development at three different sites and found that the market would generate demand for very different products and scale of development, depending on the site.
