Linn Street Corridor Retail Market Potentials

Mr. Gross assessed the retail market potentials in a redevelopment corridor in the West End of Cincinnati.  The redevelopment is planned as part of a federal HOPE VI public housing revitalization project.  Mr. Gross provided findings on the market potential for various types of retail goods and services, and on the development feasibility of a retail shopping center or town center in the area.  He worked as a sub-contractor to the company tentatively selected to develop the retail component of the HOPE VI project.
