Jonesville Activity Node Potentials

Randall Gross completed work on a highest and best use analysis for land within a designated “activity center” along the main east-west corridor in Gainesville-Alachua County, Florida. Alachua County had established a policy of concentrating commercial development in activity nodes along the corridor. The analysis was prepared for Luis Diaz, a private developer who owned much of the land within the Jonesville activity node.
