Randall Gross’s African firm ADEC completed work on a feasibility study for resort hotel and office developments in Port St. Johns. The office analysis focused on the viability of options for development of an office building to house various government agencies to be located in Port St. Johns. Key questions related to the role of the local municipality in ownership and operation of the facility. ADEC also examined the market potential and financial feasibility of a resort hotel in the area, and determined that there are exceptional opportunities due, in part, to the relatively undisturbed and very marketable environment of the local sites on the “Wild Coast.”
