Mr. Gross worked for developer Metroventures/USA on a redevelopment plan for the Lincoln Court and Laurel Homes public housing communities in Cincinnati, specifically focusing on retail components and the integration of housing and retail on and off of the HOPE VI site. The public housing has since been successfully redeveloped in partnership with Community Builders into the mixed-income, mixed-use neighborhoods of City West.
