Randall Gross / Development Economics (RGDE) recently completed a market and financial pre-feasibility assessment for an historical village concept in Florida’s Southwest Coast. The City of Bonita Springs and its Historical Commission wished to examine the viability of restoring and relocating historic buildings to a central site, integrating them with new construction, and creating a walk-able, mixed-use destination village. RGDE determined the retail, office, and audience support market potentials for this concept and developing an appropriate market-based concept for further testing. He completed this work with team members including Parker Mudgett Smith Architects, on behalf of the City of Bonita Springs.
