Gautrain Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Potentials

Randall Gross and his branch firm ADEC have worked on an assessment of the economic potentials and development concepts for areas surrounding transit stations along the new Gautrain rapid rail system, the largest such system currently under construction in the world. ADEC also arranged a design charrette, examined best practices worldwide, and is providing ongoing strategic development, financing, marketing and investment recruitment services to the City’s Economic Development Department.
