RGDE determined the economic opportunities and financial returns from reuse of the Fletcher Johnson School in Northeast Washington, D.C. The 300,000 square-foot school building and associated campus is situated on a prominent hill in northeast D.C. and offers several opportunities for reuse and redevelopment. This work was completed on behalf of the Washington, D.C. Department of Education.
