For his South African firm ADEC, Mr. Gross has completed fourteen (14) economic impact studies for proposed filling stations throughout South Africa. The impact analyses are required by provincial governments as part of environmental impact assessments (EIA) for regulatory approval of new filling stations. The studies were completed for Engen, Shell, and SASOL on behalf of various provincial governments.
