RGDE worked on a market and financial sustainability assessment for reuse of the historic Elba Theatre in Elba, Alabama. A community-led effort has succeeded in securing grant funding for stabilitation of the structure, an anchor for the commercial district in this small south Alabama town, and RGDE helped to determine the best way forward for reuse in order to leverage revitalization of Elba’s downtown and the community at large.
