Economic Development and Alternatives Testing

Cary, NC

RGDE completed work on the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Cary, NC as part of a planning team led by Clarion Associates. Mr. Gross provided the economic development component of the plan and completed market and fiscal impact assessments to help guide choices for development alternatives within sub-areas of the town. Particular focus was given to testing the market program and fiscal impacts of redevelopment of the Mayfair Plaza Shopping Center. This center is now proposed for redevelopment as part of the Glenaire Retirement Community.
