DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECTS FINANCIAL PRO FORMAS

Mr. Gross worked as part of a team led by planner Allison Platt & Associates on a downtown revitalization strategy for this central North Carolina city. The strategy focused on the feasibility of three redevelopment projects in the downtown area. Mr. Gross performed housing market analysis in support of two housing projects (a new townhouse development and rehabbed apartments) then ran project pro formas to assess their general development feasibility and requirements in terms of public participation to leverage the development. The work was performed for the Downtown Development Corporation and the housing was successfully developed.
