Randall Gross / Development Economics (RGDE) completed a Market Analysis for Downtown Nashville, including SoBro and other neighborhoods within the “inner loop.” This market analysis forecasted potentials for all types of land use and development, including residential, retail, office, industrial, lodging, audience support, and others. Determining Downtown Nashville’s role by examining growth in the regional market was an important element of this work. Based on the findings of the Market Analysis, RGDE provided strategic recommendations for Development, Marketing & Branding, Management, and Financing, for implementation of key projects, concepts, programs, and policies. This work was completed on behalf of the Metropolitan Housing and Development Agency (MDHA), while assisting other organizations like the Nashville Downtown Partnership.
