A Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Master Plan was proposed as a pre-cursor to a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district in support of transportation improvements intended to help existing businesses in Downtown Jensen Beach. Mr. Gross determined the tax, fee, and job impacts of the redevelopment master plan prepared by Seth Harry & Associates.
