Randall Gross / Development Economics completed a tourism development strategy for Craven County, home of historic New Bern, North Carolina. Mr. Gross examined potential for tourism development projects including attractions, heritage corridors, hotels, and other visitor service facilities. He also provided a strategic plan for tourism marketing and development.  This work was prepared for the Craven County Tourism Development Authority.
