Mr. Gross assessed the market potentials and economic impacts for a civic conference centre for the twin cities of Lewiston-Auburn, Maine, as a consultant to an international firm.  He assessed the state-wide meeting market and competitive facilities as an input to his determination of niche marketing opportunities.  He also examined local community space needs and opportunities for joint-use. Mr. Gross then completed an expansion of this study that assessed the market for a full-scale convention center.
