Mr. Gross provided commercial market potential forecasts and a development strategy for the creation of a Central Business District in the impoverished community of Delft. He worked as part of a team of planners to create a logical plan for bringing jobs and trade to this newly developed housing area. He also provided a development strategy and input to the city’s developer tender process in order to attract a higher level of anchor tenant and investor interest.
