Randall Gross and his firm ADEC worked as prime consultant for Mpumalanga Province on a capacity building effort on behalf of small apparel, textile, and craft exporters within the province. This effort focused on identifying market and export opportunities for Mpumalanga product and assisting small companies with product development and business & export training. Specialists in craft, policy and apparel also worked as part of the team managed by Randall Gross.
