Randall Gross / Development Economics completed work on an assessment of market potentials for reuse of the ground floor of a 1.0 million square foot warehouse building as a food court and restaurants primarily serving the 7,000 workers at the Brooklyn Navy Yard facility, an artisanal (“maker”) industrial park in what was once the Navy Yard. The facility is within view of lower Manhattan and has been successfully redeveloped for this use.
