Aviation & Airport Commercial Potentials

Randall Gross completed an assessment of the aviation potentials for the Richard’s Bay Airport in Kwazulu-Natal province (South Africa), on behalf of the private operating company (Turnaround Management) and the American owners, Black & Veatch. This assessment included an analysis of potential for passengers, freight, hangar facilities, and other direct aviation-related activity, as well as advertising and on-site property development.
