Randall Gross and ADEC provided strategic input to a plan for the southern Inner-City area of Johannesburg that included site assessments for a proposed “Automotive Services Cluster,” or geographic concentration of automotive services businesses and associated industry. This work was completed for the Johannesburg Department of Development Planning and Urban Management.
