Mr. Gross worked for the Portland Trust, a London-based non-profit organization which develops economic development programs aimed at alleviating poverty among the Palestinian people and collaboration on economic development between Palestine and Israel as a route to peace.  Mr. Gross performed a program assessment and measured the economic development impacts of more than 30 Portland Trust programs in Palestine and Israel.
