Mr. Gross worked on behalf of developer Struever Bros., Eccles, and Rouse on the redevelopment and adaptive use of the former American Tobacco warehouses in downtown Durham, North Carolina. For this project, Mr. Gross assessed the market potentials for housing, office, and retail uses within the buildings. American Tobacco is now successfully occupied and has, along with Durham Bulls Baseball Stadium, become the signature anchor project for revitalization of downtown Durham.
