RGDE completed market reconnaissance and an affordable senior housing demand assessment for the Nashville area, on behalf of Dominium Apartments, an affordable housing developer based in Minneapolis. Dominium wished to expand their footprint in the Nashville market, and the market reconnaissance and demand analysis helped provide a basis for site selection and development of new product. As part of this work, RGDE analyzed and recommended specific sub-markets that presented concentrated development opportunities for the company’s specific products.
